Marketplace Notice: Third-Party Vendor Products

This notice explains how the America’s Supply Chains® marketplace works, the role of independent third-party vendors, and what to do if you have concerns about product quality or authenticity.

What this marketplace is

America’s Supply Chains® (“ASC”) operates an online marketplace that allows independent third-party vendors (“Vendors”) to list and sell products to customers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page, America’s Supply Chains® is not the seller or manufacturer of Vendor-listed products.

Vendor responsibility

Vendors are solely responsible for their products and listings, including:

  • Product condition, quality, and safety
  • Accuracy of descriptions, photos, specifications, and other listing content
  • Brand, origin, and authenticity claims
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including labeling, consumer protection, and intellectual property rules)

America’s Supply Chains®’ limited role (no independent verification)

America’s Supply Chains® may provide tools and policies intended to promote marketplace integrity. However:

  • America’s Supply Chains® does not independently verify the quality, authenticity, origin, or brand genuineness of Vendor-listed products.
  • America’s Supply Chains® does not provide manufacturer warranties for Vendor-listed items.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, America’s Supply Chains® makes no representations or warranties regarding Vendor-provided content or Vendor-listed products, including their accuracy, completeness, reliability, quality, or authenticity.

If you have concerns (counterfeit, quality issues, or mismatch)

If you believe a product may be counterfeit, materially different from its description, defective, unsafe, or otherwise problematic:

  1. Contact the Vendor through your order page (recommended first step).
  2. Report the listing to America’s Supply Chains® via: [Report button / support form link].
  3. Contact America’s Supply Chains® Customer Support at: [support email] or [chat link] for assistance in accordance with our policies.

Tip: When reporting, include order number, screenshots (product page and messages), and photos of the item/packaging if available. This helps resolve issues faster.

Returns and dispute resolution

Your available remedies depend on:

  • the Vendor’s return terms (shown at checkout or on the product page), and
  • America’s Supply Chains®’ Returns & Dispute Resolution Policy: [insert link]

America’s Supply Chains® may facilitate communications and policy-based resolutions, but Vendors remain responsible for fulfilling their obligations regarding the products they sell, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
