Based in Frisco, TX, America's Supply Chains® is licensed and regulated by the Texas Department of Public Safety, Regulatory Services Division and is officially recognized as an Authorized Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) by the State of Texas. The Texas Secretary of State administers this opt-in legal status. Furthermore, the organization includes a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI), a food safety manager certified as mandated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
