Marketplace Intermediary Disclosures & Seller Responsibility

America’s Supply Chains® is operated as a marketplace intermediary. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that transactions are made directly between you and independent third-party sellers/manufacturers, subject to the seller’s stated terms (if any). Please read the disclosures below carefully before purchasing.

1) Role of America’s Supply Chains®

America’s Supply Chains® is not the “official seller” of products listed on this platform unless explicitly stated on a specific product page. America’s Supply Chains® provides technology, marketplace functionality, and payment-processing infrastructure that may enable you to purchase products from independent third-party sellers/manufacturers.

Seller’s Contractual Obligations

All contractual obligations related to the sale—including product quality, product safety, labeling, fulfillment, shipping, delivery timelines, returns, refunds (where applicable), and customer support—are the sole responsibility of the seller identified on the product page.

2) Seller-Provided Listings & Customer Inquiries

Product titles, images, specifications, compatibility statements, claims, and other listing details shown on America’s Supply Chains® are submitted, controlled, and maintained by the seller/manufacturer (or their authorized representative).

Where to Direct Product Questions

For product questions (including defects, warranty, authenticity, compatibility, instructions, safety information, shipping/returns, and disputes), customers must contact the seller directly and/or the seller’s responsible U.S. Agents™ representative shown on the listing (if applicable).

America’s Supply Chains® does not independently verify all seller statements in real time and does not assume responsibility for seller-provided content.

3) Price Accuracy, Timing, and Real-Time Adjustments

America’s Supply Chains® and sellers work to provide accurate pricing. However, for certain items, temporary synchronization delays may occur between a factory’s real-time inventory/cost systems and the price displayed on the platform.

Post-Payment Price Change (Limited / Item-Specific)

This does not apply to all products. In limited cases where the factory’s costs or international logistics fees have changed but have not yet synchronized to the displayed price for a specific item, the seller may reserve the right to recalculate the final total before fulfillment.

Customer protection: in these uncommon scenarios, you will be notified of the price difference, and the order will proceed only after your explicit approval. If you do not agree to the adjusted total, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund for the amount paid through the platform, subject to the seller’s stated process and applicable payment rules.

4) International Shipping May Not Be Included in the Displayed Price

For some products, the price displayed on America’s Supply Chains® may reflect the product price only and may not include international transportation costs (including cross-border shipping, carrier surcharges, remote-area delivery fees, or other logistics charges).

Factory Confirmation & Shipping Recalculation (Possible)

Depending on the seller’s fulfillment method, the order may be reviewed by the factory/source facility after checkout to confirm the destination, carton size/weight, and available carriers. If shipping charges were not included or differ from an estimate, the seller may present a recalculated total for your approval before shipment.

America’s Supply Chains® does not set third-party seller shipping charges and does not guarantee shipping inclusion unless expressly stated on the product page by the seller.

5) Pricing Factors (Why Some Prices May Be Lower)

Prices may vary based on legitimate commercial factors that affect total cost and retail strategy, including supply chain structure, sourcing terms, production volumes, packaging/bundle configurations, warehousing and fulfillment choices, advertising/marketing spend, platform fees, seasonal promotions, and availability.

Direct Fulfillment & Fewer Intermediary Markups (General Explanation)

In some cases, lower prices may reflect fewer intermediary markups—such as direct shipment from a factory or source facility—rather than multiple wholesale or retail layers.

This is a general explanation of possible pricing dynamics and does not guarantee equivalency across sellers, models, included contents, warranties, conditions, or return terms.

6) Authentication, Warranties, and Compliance Are the Producer’s Responsibility

Authentication (including genuineness and certification documentation), warranties/guarantees, and regulatory compliance are the responsibility of the product’s producer/manufacturer (including the brand owner where applicable) and, as applicable, the seller offering the item. America’s Supply Chains® does not provide or guarantee authentication services, warranty coverage, performance guarantees, safety certifications, or regulatory compliance determinations for third-party listings.

Any warranty, support, certification documents, compliance declarations, or related representations are provided solely by the seller and/or producer/manufacturer under their stated terms (if any). America’s Supply Chains® does not assume, extend, or substitute for any seller or manufacturer obligations unless explicitly stated in a specific written notice on the individual product page.

7) No Affiliation With Third-Party Retailers, Marketplaces, or Brands

Any references to third-party retailers, marketplaces, or brands (including Amazon, Costco, Walmart, TJ Maxx, and others) are provided only as general context and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8) Fulfillment Claims, Disputes, and Administrative Routing

Because the seller/manufacturer is the party fulfilling the order, disputes concerning authenticity, condition, non-delivery, or other fulfillment-related claims must first be raised with the seller identified on the product page, under the seller’s stated terms and applicable platform/payment procedures.

Administrative support: America’s Supply Chains® may provide administrative routing (for example, helping facilitate communication between you and the seller), but does not assume the seller’s legal obligations or liability.

America’s Supply Chains® does not independently verify all seller claims in real time. Product warranties are provided by the producer/manufacturer and/or seller, not by the platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is my counterparty for the purchase?

Your counterparty is the independent seller/manufacturer identified on the product page. America’s Supply Chains® operates as a marketplace intermediary unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Why might my total change after checkout in rare cases?

In limited item-specific cases, a seller may need to confirm factory costs, inventory, or international logistics charges after an order is placed. If a recalculation is necessary, you will be notified and the order will proceed only after your explicit approval. If you do not approve, you may cancel and receive a refund of the amount paid.

Who do I contact about authenticity, warranty, or compliance?

Contact the seller and/or the producer/manufacturer (brand owner where applicable). Authentication, warranties, and compliance are the producer’s responsibility and may be administered by the seller under stated terms. America’s Supply Chains® does not provide or guarantee these determinations for third-party listings.
