Name and Logo Policy
The name "America's Supply Chains®" and its corresponding logo are trademarks and service marks specifically for the official use of America's Supply Chains®. They are not for use by the private sector or on private sector materials unless specifically authorized, in writing, by America's Supply Chains®. Unauthorized use of the name or logo may imply endorsement or affiliation that does not exist, which is strictly prohibited.
We have registered America's Supply Chains®, so all use outside of the agency must follow all U.S. trademark laws. The Office of Strategic Communication must approve in writing any non-agency usage of America's Supply Chains® name or logo. We will never approve use of America's Supply Chains® when it creates the appearance that we have endorsed (either implicitly or explicitly) a private company, service, product, or activity.
Unauthorized Use
Unauthorized use of the name or logo by non-members or entities not in direct employment or cooperation with an authorized member organization is illegal. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing materials, proposals, consulting deliverables, business cards, and any digital or print publications.
Business Card Requirements
All partners of America's Supply Chains® are required to use your company name and logo on business cards. Using the America's Supply Chains logo on your business cards, clearly specify that you are an "Official Partner of America's Supply Chains®.” Additionally, you must include or notify that official partner verification can be confirmed through America's Supply Chains®' Partner Credential Verification system.
Reporting Violations
Any unauthorized use or misuse of the name or logo must be reported immediately. America's Supply Chains takes trademark violations seriously and will investigate such incidents thoroughly. Unauthorized use of the America's Supply Chains® Marks may violate federal law and subject those responsible to civil and/or criminal liability.
Use of Official Publications and Products
Suppose the name or logo is to be used on any publication or digital product developed by a contractor or partner. In that case, this must be done under the strict guidance and approval of America's Supply Chains. Such use must also comply with any established visual identity guidelines and specific trademark use guidelines provided by America's Supply Chains®.
Prohibition of Third-Party Logos
America's Supply Chains® does not permit using third-party logos or trademarks in its official publications or other communication products. Such logos could imply an endorsement that does not exist and is strictly prohibited. The only exception to this policy is for entities that have received explicit authorization and have entered into a contractual agreement with America's Supply Chains®.
Legal Compliance
All use of the name or logo must comply with applicable trademark laws and any relevant usage guidelines. Unauthorized use of the name or logo or its combination with other elements to create new logos or trademarks is strictly forbidden. Any violations may result in severe legal consequences.
Partnership Requirement
Only current, valid partners of America's Supply Chains® or CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) companies authorized to use the name or logo are permitted to do so. Any use by non-partners, unapproved entities, or individuals, including those employed by or cooperating with a partner company without direct approval, will be considered illegal and subject to immediate action. Unauthorized use in these cases will result in swift enforcement measures to protect the integrity of America's Supply Chains® brand.
