Quick setup

1. Fully charge via USB-C before first use.

2. Power on to enter pairing; select “QCY H3 Lite.”

3. For dual-device: pair the first device → re-enter pairing → pair the second.

4. For wired playback, use a compatible audio cable (not included in some packages).

Important notes

• Wired mode: the headset becomes passive-audio only; Bluetooth features (ANC/EQ/Game Mode) and the microphone are unavailable. To use these, switch back to wireless and reconnect Bluetooth.

• For best stability, avoid heavy interference (dense Wi-Fi/5G, high-power appliances); re-pair if audio stutters.

FAQ (quick fixes)

• Won’t turn on? Charge via the included USB-C cable and check the LED.

• Can’t connect? Delete the pairing record on your device and re-pair.

• No sound on calls/music? In Bluetooth settings, toggle call/media audio off → on, or re-pair.

• Video/game delay? Enable Game Mode in the app; latency varies by phone, codec, and network.
